WEDDING COORDINATION
We have designed our Coordination Package for the couple with a design direction in mind and who have already started the wedding planning process. We’ll provide professional assistance to develop your ideas, finesse concepts, source styling elements and manage the wedding day with the added inclusion of our Styling service. We provide everything you need to make the day run like clockwork. We produce a day schedule and contact list as well as check over all of your plans to ensure you haven’t missed anything. We will facilitate supplier details and quotes, floor plans, rehearsals, timelines for your event and meetings with suppliers. When the big day arrives, we oversee the set up and pack out, coordinating with all suppliers. We ensure that the schedule is on time and that any potential mishaps are averted. Most importantly we care for your guests, your family and you, leaving you free to kick back, relax and enjoy the day!

DAY-OF WEDDING COORDINATION
This package is perfectly designed for the couple who has all their plans in place, celebration set up complete but just need someone to pull it all together and ensure all “the other details” are in place. We will confirm all your ceremony and reception details, including liaising with your suppliers, ensure there is nothing left to chance and nothing for you to worry about. We will work with you 4 weeks prior where we discuss in depth all of your plans and arrangements so far. We will then liaise with your selected suppliers and create an extensive schedule and run sheet. Your wedding day will run smoothly and stress free.
